Shopping List: Breakfast Edition

As busy as mornings are, I always make time to eat breakfast. First of all, I love eating so why skip a meal? And second, it’s just so important to start the day off right—and not have to worry about unhealthy cravings throughout the day.

Generally, it’s best to have a good mix of complex carbs (hello, whole grains), some protein and a kick of fiber. So, for your weekend shopping pleasure, I’m giving you a little peek at my personal grocery list.

I usually go for whatever greens are on sale or look freshest. Same goes for fruit. Then in the morning, just pop it all in the blender for a yummy, healthy treat. Watch me make the smoothies pictured here for inspiration.
