The past year has been so special to me. With so many blessings and divine gifts, I have so much to be thankful for and to celebrate. My book launch was nearly a year ago and throughout the entire tour I met so many of you, offered cooking demonstrations and classes, signed books, and spoke to many groups about healthy eating.

This year I will keep in step with what I’ve set in motion in 2012. I will continue my culinary education with a raw food cuisine certification through Matthew Kenney Cuisine in NYC in addition to my culinary training at Escoffier International Culinary Academy this spring. I will be completing my Nutrition Education Trainer Certification this spring, under the guidance of renowned doctor and author, Dr. Joel Fuhrman, giving me a strong science and culinary-based mix to offer my clients the best that food and health has to offer.

I hope to meet you in one of my virtual cooking classes, detox teleseminars or in-person cooking classes in 2012. I will be announcing my winter schedule soon, so keep an eye out on this blog for more details.
