Sometimes people think health eating means no flavor. I’m here to tell you that’s so not true! There are many ways to liven up your mundane meals without using salt. Some of us use cooking methods like baking or sauteing with a small amount of healthy “good” oils or chicken broth, or by using a variety of herbs and spices.
