Sacred Heart School Parent Education
Beth spoke to our parent body about feeding our families in a nourishing and balanced way. The presentation was so practical and easy to implement in our homes because she brought recipes and personal examples of ways to involve children in the food selection and preparation process. Beth also came with products purchased at various grocery stores so that we could read and compare ingredient lists. It was a great tutorial on what to look out for as we shop. The audience left inspired to feed their families with healthy and delicious foods. Beth also spoke to feeding the spirit and not looking to food as the exclusive way to “fill up”. Beth’s enthusiasm is infectious and her enthusiasm so genuine. It’s impossible not to be inspired!

Beth came to our college and presented a seminar on Work-Life Balance for our annual Wellness Week. She was very energetic and passionate about her topics. She got the crowd moving with simple and fun exercises that can be done at the office. The information she presented on environmental issues and the importance of nutrition was very eye-opening. She emphasized total wellness; the concept of feeding your whole self, not just through healthy food, but also feeding your spirituality and creativity. Her Circle of Life worksheet was fantastic!
